9–12 May 2025

Join us across three days and two nights of celebration as Tate Modern turns 25

Catch music in the iconic Turbine Hall, performances in the South Tanks, plus make new discoveries with artist-led workshops, tours, film screenings and experiences that bring to life Tate’s world-renowned collection. Celebrate together and be part of our future.

Friday 9 May, 18.00–22.00

Friday’s Late platforms young London, with a spotlight on South London’s creative communities.

Saturday 10 May, 10.00–22.00

Celebrate Tate Modern’s international collection with a vibrant daytime programme, inviting all generations to connect through art and creative exchange. As night falls, experience a dynamic takeover of the museum with cutting-edge artists and collectives. Expect bold voices, new talent, and an electrifying atmosphere of music and celebration.

Sunday 11 May 2025, 10.00–18.00

Sunday’s daytime brings Tate Modern’s international collection to life, offering opportunities for intergenerational connection and hands-on creativity.

Monday 12 May 2025, 10.00–18.00

Monday focuses on our local school community, with a dedicated programme to inspire the next generation. 25 Schools, 25 conversations. Supporting young people to learn about themselves and others through spending time with art and ideas.

All Tate Modern entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner Street.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Natalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
